I am a diet, but have a diet heavy in carbohydrates?

I am a pescatarian (I eat fish but not mammals or birds), I have a vegetarian diet and eat mostly fish every two weeks. The problem is that I eat a diet based mainly carbohydrates and I do not know how to avoid this. I use an online calorie counter and analyzer to help me keep track that. Can anyone suggest what to do? * I eat fish every day. Not the week I'm losing about 15 pounds. A couple of months for Weight Loss with a BMR of 1661.

At rest, the main source of energy used by muscle tissue are free fatty acids. you need carbs to be replacing it with lean protein. when the body gets enough calories, but carbohydrates are replaced for proteins that it requires the agency to use a higher amount of free fatty acids for energy. body does because proteins are the least efficient energy source on the three macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates and lipids). If you eat fish you can eat any other type of seafood, so there are a lot of protein low in calories you can eat.
