The definition of a well balanced diet?
I read about all the fitness magazines and hear about the millions different ways to food. There are no magic pills to make it or candy with a zillion calories in them to make you not hungry. Bull. There is only one way to lose weight is to eat well and excersise and that is what I want to do. The only problem is, it I do not know what the perfect day to eat like losing weight. How many carbs are too in one sitting? Do you snack between meals carbohydrates? If you are excersising is not it good to be snacking on carbohydrates? But I mean carbohydrates are the devil. Can someone help me???
A healthy and balanced meal consists of a (colored variety) of fruits and vegetables. Snacks of fruit is very good. Carbohydrates range are the devil to people who follow a diet low in carbohydrates. Fruit has complex carbohydrates, which gives you lasting more energy. lean meats and grains integers are as safe to eat because of the protein and fiber. Instead of white rice, are spelled or whole wheat couscous. Instead of the bar energy, eat an apple or a banana. Instead of fried chicken, eat baked salmon. Instead of dressing, cover your salad with fresh herbs for more flavor. When you make your salad, be creative and use fruits and nuts with vegetables.
